"Best of" Philosophy Ethics Short Story Fiction - 2023
“Best of” 2023 Anthology
Philosophy Ethics Short Story Fiction
Each year we ask our subscribers to pick their favorite new stories we published for the year and release them as an anthology book of 20(ish) stories.
This year, we are proud to announce the following stories will be released on February 1st as part of our digital/print "Best Of" anthology of 2023. Keep in mind, these are the stories picked (mostly) by our subscribers, not our editors. https://www.afterdinnerconversation.com/2024books

"Best Of" 2023 Voting
As the year winds down it's time to start thinking of which stories to put in our 2023 "Best Of" Edition. As always, this is a "mostly" democratic process...

Raised Our Pay To $75/Story
We got a donor to toss us a bone so we could raise what we pay those we publish. Effective today, we will be raising what we pay from $30 a short story to $75. Are you going to use that money to retire from your life of crime? Nope, but it’s better than a stick in the eye and its our way of say, “As we get more money, we will pay more money.”
