"Best Of" 2023 Voting

As the year winds down it's time to start thinking of which stories to put in our 2023 "Best Of" Edition.  As always, this is a "mostly" democratic process...

Basically, if you have stories you really liked this year, you go to our website and vote.  I then go through all the votes, try to screen out for anomalies and issues, and sprinkle some magic dust, shake the magic 8-Ball, and declare the best stories we published of 2023.
