2022 Pushcart Nominations

One of the coolest things we get to do each year is nominate stories we have published for awards. We just submitted the following stories we have (or will) publish for the Pushcart Prize.

Here are the stories we submitted, in no particular order.

  • Reginald's Party: A female interloper crashes an "emotions" wine tasting. (Written by: Clare Diston)

  • The Davidson Method: A couple heads to the clinic to discuss options for reprogramming their child to accept the divorce. (Written by: Brian Carey)

  • Left To Lose: A young woman is tricked to trade important pieces of her life to help a rebel group. (Written by: Anya Josephs)

  • After "The End": A free-floating planet is on a collision course with earth and a man must decide how to spend his last hours. (Written by: Safiyyah Althaff)

  • Tuesday: A female android is forced to lie when she is brought to the repair shop by her abusive owner. (Written by: Cheryl Zaidan)

  • Water Under The Bridge: Rusty is beat up by the neighborhood bullies trying to steal his bike, and looks to get revenge. (Written by: Larry Kite)

All these stories, and many others, are available to our magazine subscribers who, with a paid subscription, get access to our entire library of back publications for 2022 and all previous years.
