Top 10 Best Lit Mags of 2023 On ChillSubs
“There’s nothing else like it.”
ChillSubs has always been a favorite of ours. They are quirky, driven, user focused, and just really interested in writing and writers. Yes, they are a literary magazine submission tracking tool, but more than that, they are a manifesto, about the way things should be done.
That is why is is a particular point of pride that they listed “After Dinner Conversation” as one of the Top 10 Best Lit Mags of 2023. (Technically, #7). Do we deserve it? Maybe… We certainly agree with the comment about us “There’s nothing else like it.” Looking over the list of other top literary magazines, it’s a pretty impressive list of magazines we personally look up to. As they saying goes, “work until your idols become your peers.”
That said, we are going to take a minute, do some posting about this honor, then go back to the grind of making the best short story literary magazine possible!
