Old, Educated, And White…

A recent arts grant application requested we get demographic information on those we publish, so we sent an email. Here are the results. I should mention, our submission review process is, effectively, blind, so this is as much news to us and gives us much to consider.

It goes without saying, but we will say it anyway, we want to hear from diverse and marginalized voices as we know our different backgrounds and experiences give us different perspectives about philosophical and ethical questions worth consideration.
